Before operation

1 Strictly use protective equipment before work, tie up cuffs, do not allow scarfs and gloves, female workers should hold their hats in defense. The operator must stand on the foot pedal.

2 The bolts, stroke limits, signals, safety protection (insurance) devices, mechanical transmission parts, electrical parts, and lubrication points of all parts should be inspected strictly. After they are determined to be reliable, they can be started.

3 The safety voltage and voltage of various types of machine tool lighting should not be greater than 36 volts.

In operation

1 Work, clamps, tools and workpieces must be securely clamped. For all kinds of machine tools, low speed idling should be performed after driving, and all work should be started before formal operation.

2 It is forbidden to put tools and other things on the machine tool rail surface and on the workbench. Do not remove iron filings by hand, use special tools to clean them.

3 Before starting the machine tool, observe the surrounding dynamics. After the machine tool starts, stand in a safe position to avoid the moving parts of the machine tool and the splash of iron filings.

4 During the operation of various types of machine tools, it is not allowed to adjust the transmission mechanism or stroke. Do not touch the working parts of the transmission part, moving workpieces, tools, etc. during processing, do not measure any size during operation, and prohibit transmission across the machine Partially pass or pick up items such as tools.

5 When abnormal noise is found, stop it for maintenance immediately, and do not run it forcibly or with illness. The machine tool is not allowed to be overloaded.

6 During the processing of various parts, strictly enforce the process discipline, read the drawings, see the control points, roughness, and technical requirements of relevant parts, and determine the manufacturing process of the parts.

7 Adjust the machine speed, stroke, clamp workpieces and tools, and stop the machine when cleaning the machine. Do not leave the work station while the machine is running. For some reason, you must stop and cut off the power.
